Who handles your request

What we collect

Your email address, signup time, signup source and a record of your consent. Signup does not create a product account, connect an agent or give us access to your conversations, payment information or other accounts.

Why we use it

With your consent, we use your email to send Trinity beta invitations and product updates. We do not sell the early-access list or use it for advertising. You can withdraw your consent by contacting the privacy email above. Withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

Where it is stored

Early-access details are stored in Loops, our email-list service. Loops receives your email, signup source, list subscription and a record of consent. Read Loops’ privacy policy for its processing information. Google Fonts receives technical connection information when fonts load. This page includes no advertising or analytics trackers.

Site protection

Loops limits repeated form submissions. The hosting and email services may process connection information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect their services.

Your choices and how long we keep your details

Contact the privacy email above to ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop receiving emails. We review early-access registrations within 12 months of signup and remove those no longer needed. We’ll explain how the product uses your information before inviting you to connect an agent.
